Cloak'd & Dagger'd create custom garments meaning that we require a lot more detail than an off-the-peg supplier. We prefer to talk to you and gain as much detail as possible before giving quotes and accepting orders.

Our order backlog is usually 3 to 6 weeks, and may run longer at times; if we cannot make your deadline then we will say so when you contact us.

Please be prepared to make fabric and colour choices, and think about the finer details (such as fastenings) you would like your garment to have.

Measurements
It is vitally important that measurements we receive are accurate or the garment(s) will not fit as they are intended, don't be shy, no one else will see these or use them for any other purpose.

What now?
Once you have contacted us and we have given you an acceptable quote for the work, we require full payment including postage and packing to secure the order. Ask for a Paypal invoice or send a cheque made payable to Miss J Phillips to the address on the Contact Us page. Once the cheque has cleared work will begin on your garment(s).

Once the order is completed we will contact you to confirm despatch and give you an expected delivery date (usually overnight insured delivery).

If the order is an urgent or rush order, it will be necessary to pay via Paypal or make direct payment to our bank account. Contact us for further details.

Afterwards
Naturally we hope that your garment is perfect, and we will endeavour to ensure that this is so. If there is a problem of any kind, please contact us, we can't help if we don't know.
